Hotel Palace Verona

The hotel is located quite close to the central station of Verona and you can reach the old city center by foot. The staff was extremely kind and friendly throughout our stay. The room is big and quite clean. The breakfast was varied and very good.

The staff is very professional. The underground parking, especially so close to the historical city centre, is a fantastic convenience. The bed was comfortable and there also was a conveniently placed, highly usable desk, which is rare. Overall the room was quite spacious.

The room is quite nice, I maybe missed a bathtub, but the shower is excellent. The cleanliness is excellent in all areas, hallways, the bedroom, everything. The staff up in the reception are super friendly and nice. The breakfast could be better, the scrambled eggs weren't that nice, but the bread, the bacon, the suits are good. I do recommend totally the stay on this hotel!! The parking option is great, the car space is excellent and nobody needs to squeeze between cars, are there is plenty of space for maneuver. Got here one of the best Aperol Spritz in my life in the bar on the corner.

The hotel is pet friendly. There is the bowl of water and the free treats for pets in the lobby. The hotel doesn't charge anything extra for the dog. There is the dog's little park kust about 200-250m North from the hotel. The bed is very comfortable and big. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The underground parking (which is also included in the price) is spacious and has the easy drive in/out. The breakfast is quite good. The hotel is located about 25-30 minutes walk from the Arena (the historic heart of Verona).

An excellent quality hotel. The secure underground parking was excellent, although a little tight going in and out of the ramp. The room was large and had all we needed. The staff were ultra helpful and explained all we needed with a detailed map. The breakfast room gave the option of eating inside or out and had a good choice of food.
